Description

Forest Friends is our forest school-inspired sensory workshop designed for children under 5 with their parents/carers, where stories come to life in a magical outdoor setting. These all-weather, outdoor sessions will be inspired by favourite children’s stories and seasonal themes, exploring the creative and practical use of tools and natural materials. Be dressed and ready for muddy play, sitting around a campfire and enjoying handmade toasty treats!

Where the Wild Things Are

Inspired by Maurice Sendak’s beloved classic, our little forest friends are off on a wild adventure! Join us for a session full of monsters, kings and queens, and plenty of dancing as we bring the land where the wild things are to life.

• Elise Wilson, a local forest school leader and creative practitioner, will lead each session with support from our learning facilitator and resident artist, Mae Voogd.
• Sessions run from 10:30 to midday.
• Attendees are free to park in the Porthcurno Car Park.
• Child tickets: £6.50 each. Free admission for accompanying babies under 12 months.
