PK Online Shop – Returns/Refunds/Exchanges Policy

We hope you’re happy with your PK Porthcurno order, but in case you’ve changed your mind, or if there’s a problem with your item(s), here’s all the information you need to make a return.

Returns

If there’s a problem with your item (if we’ve made a mistake, or if your order arrives damaged) please try to let us know immediately by emailing shop@pkporthcurno.com, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund for you as soon as possible.

Under the Distance Selling Regulations, if you buy merchandise online or by phone, your consumer rights entitle you to a full refund if you request one in writing within 14 working days of receiving your items. This includes any delivery charge but does not include the cost of returning the item. 

If you’d like to return all or part of your order, you’ll find a slip on the bottom of the delivery note in your parcel. Please include this in the package, and send the items back to us.

Our returns policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have elapsed since the date on which you received your purchase, unfortunately we will be unable to offer you a refund or an exchange.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

We offer a full return & refund policy to our customers if the product that they have received isn’t suitable for any of the following reasons:

  • Doesn’t fit
  • Damaged or faulty
  • Wrong item
  • Not what was expected from online image

Returns must be sent back or returned to store within 30 working days from the date of receiving the product.

Clearly mark on the returns slip the reason for the return and indicate whether a replacement, exchange or refund is required. If a replacement is preferred and the stock is available to replace the returned item it will be sent out as promptly as is possible.

If you are not happy with the quality of your order or believe your order has a manufacturing defect, please contact us providing details.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be returned in any original packaging.

To ensure an easy returns process, all returns must be requested within 30 days of receipt. All returned clothing or textile items must be unworn, unwashed merchandise with the tags attached. All other items must be returned in the exact condition that they were received.

Please note that all items must be returned via a signed-for delivery service with proof of postage. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item you received from us was defective or damaged at the point of delivery.

If you’re owed a refund, we’ll issue this using the same payment details that were used to purchase the items. We aim to process all returns within 1-2 weeks but the refund could take up to an additional 10 working days to show in your account, so please bear with us.

PK Porthcurno are not responsible for any return packages that are lost or damaged.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  If it is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or your original method of payment, at our earliest convenience.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded, aside from where the item is damaged.
