Introducing Planet PK Champions – our new environmental sessions for children, free to join and based at PK Porthcurno: Museum of Global Communications.
Our activities will be designed for children aged 7-12 years and with a concern for the environment and what we can do to help.
Did you know the sun can create energy we use at home, such as turning on a light? This is called solar energy.
Join us to learn about the future of solar energy by building a solar-powered electronic circuit and design a piece of shadow art to take home.
This project is funded by the UK Government through the UK Community Renewal Fund. Cornwall Council has been chosen by Government as a Lead Authority for the fund and is responsible for monitoring the progress of projects funded through the UK Community Renewal Fund in Cornwall.
