Following the announcement from Buckingham Palace, PK Porthcurno will be closed on Monday 19th September for the state funeral of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.

To give all staff and volunteers the opportunity to pay their respects to Her Majesty and commemorate Her reign, the museum will be closed for the day.

This day will be a bank holiday and PK Porthcurno will re-open again on Tuesday 20^th September.
