Visitor Services Coordinator Role
Pro-rata to £25,000 pa
Working on a rota basis, 5 days a week in summer, 3 days a week in winter
Excellence in Customer Service
We are looking to appoint a professional, enthusiastic team player to ensure all our visitors continue to experience the very best in customer service. This role will have responsibility for the line management and delivery of all visitor-facing functions including oversight of the retail and café outlets.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading a passionate, customer-focused team, ideally in a tourist attraction. Experience of using an integrated EPOS and stock control system is essential, along with energy, commitment and a can-do attitude.
