Kids in Museums: The Hidden Wonders Hunt

Children aged 4+ and their families are invited to experience the joy of discovery at PK Porthcurno this October half term. The Hidden Wonders Hunt is a free spotter trail from Kids in Museums and Walker Books, celebrating the release of The Search for our Cosmic Neighbours, a new book from bestselling author-illustrator Chloe Savage.

Discover hidden wonders around the museum and take on a special drawing challenge. Complete the activity sheet to receive your Hidden Wonders Hunt sticker!

Poppy PK

Poppy PK the Bus, our charming 1950s Mobile Telegraph office, will be stationed at PK this summer.

The General Post Office used this mobile telegraph office between 1956 and 1972. Known then as ‘The Mobile’, she provided fast teleprinter and facsimile links to the General Post Office’s Headquarters in Electra House (London), enabling the eagerly awaited press coverage to be conveyed quickly around the world.
