FAQ
Accessibility
We are committed to ensuring that everyone can enjoy and engage with our museum’s rich history and exhibits. To make the wonders of global communication accessible to all, we have introduced a range of supportive measures and resources.
Is the underground bunker accessible?
The main bunker is accessible for visitors with mobility needs. However, please note that the escape stairs consist of over 100 granite steps and are not suitable for all visitors.
Booking Tickets
Yes, tickets can be booked online HERE

Are Dogs Allowed?
Dogs are welcome on site and in the main museum building. However, due to the delicate nature of the equipment in the bunker and the additional audiovisual effects in the tunnels, dogs are not permitted in the bunker.
How Long is the Experience?
We recommend allowing at least 2 hours to fully enjoy the museum experience. The Haunted Bunker experience is estimated to take around 45 minutes for the average group.
