His name comes from the dots and dashes of Morse code that carried messages across the world, and from the way he dashes along the Cornish lanes delivering every precious telegram. With his tiny ‘Via Imperial’ cap and well-loved leather satchel, Dash remembers the brave telegram boys who carried words of love, hope, joy, and comfort to people waiting for news.
Today, he keeps their stories alive, reminding visitors of a time when every message meant much more than just words. Whenever someone takes Dash home, he reminds them that the best messages are the ones shared with people we love. 27cm approx. sitting height.
