Planet PK Champions is our environmental sessions for children, free to join and based at PK Porthcurno: Museum of Global Communications.
Make your own little felted bees to take for a walk around the valley, how many different kinds of bees can you spot in our sub-tropical gardens?
Use recycled bottles and bamboo to create a bee hotel to hang in your garden and learn the maths behind a bee’s favourite pattern, the honeycomb.
Our activities are designed for children aged 7-12 years with a concern for the environment and what we can do to help.
This project is funded by the UK Government through the UK Community Renewal Fund. Cornwall Council has been chosen by Government as a Lead Authority for the fund and is responsible for monitoring the progress of projects funded through the UK Community Renewal Fund in Cornwall.
