Welcome to the Easter Rewind. Well, we had a wonderfully busy Easter! The Clore Learning Space was full to the brim over the two weeks, with visiting and local families enjoying creating things out of clay. All ages got their hands dirty and there was an incredible range of creations. We had coil pots, pinch pots, tiles, sculptures of sea monsters and beloved pets – even Morgy made an appearance.

Everyone was very inventive with mark making and decorating their works of art and I think it’s safe to say that Clay Play was a real hit! 

We had a visit from Ben and Nix Wood from the Mobile Phone Museum. Ben gave some insightful talks on the history of the Mobile Phone, while Nix delivered an exciting ‘Design a Phone’ workshop where visitors were able to get creative with lots of materials to make their own device designs.

Poppy spent the whole Easter holidays at PK and received lots of visitors who enjoyed learning about her history, with many taking the opportunity to sit behind the driver’s seat for a unique selfie.
