Will I need to book a ticket online prior to my visit?

Yes, you will need to book a ticket via our online booking system, prior to your visit. We advise at least 24 hours in advance, to avoid disappointment.

What happens if I arrive at the museum without a ticket?

Visitors who do not have a pre-purchased admission ticket will only be admitted if there is capacity when they arrive.

Do you accept cash payment onsite?

No, we are offering contactless and card payments only.

Have you introduced social distancing measures?

A one way system has been created throughout the museum, and we ask visitors to maintain social distance at all times.

Is there parking?

There is a car park located next to the museum. Car park fees apply all year.

Is there public transport near the museum

Yes, theA1 bus from Penzance Bus Station stops at Porthcurno. The bus stop is located only a few yards from the museum entrance. Take the beautiful open top Atlantic Coaster and arrive in windswept style! We offer 50% discount on museum admission for everyone arriving by bus.

Are you dog friendly?

We do welcome dogs to the museum most of the year, the exception is during the months of July and August when they are not permitted in the museum. Dogs are not permitted in the WWII tunnels due to the sensitive nature of the equipment on display. Go to our Dog Friendly page for more information.
