Winners of our Community Photography Competition Announced

We are pleased to announce the winners of our Community Photography Competition are:

Harbour Crocker-Hulse (under 17) and Michelle Ohlson (adult)

Highly commended are Alyssa Day (under 17) and Louise Court (adult)

We would like to thank everyone who took part this year. Our judge said she had a hard job choosing, but she was really excited by all the entries. She particularly loved the movement of the winning adult photograph and the vibrant light and colour of the under 17’s category.

The museum was particularly pleased to see photographs of the museum collections and such a diverse collection of ways of seeing our fascinating objects.

All the photographs from this year’s competition will be displayed in the museum’s café and are free to come and view from 1st April 2019.
